Kids Yoga is a playful, creative class where children explore movement, mindfulness, and self-expression in a fun and supportive environment. Through yoga poses, breathing games, stories, music, and relaxation, children learn tools to help them feel calm, confident, and strong—inside and out.
Each class includes:
