he holidays bring about a rush of energy and emotions... some joy and celebration, some stress, and some sadness. There is also a lot of noise and nervous energy that can be a bit overwhelming.  Using the tools of breathwork, light movement, gongs, Tibetan sound bowls and other instruments, we will reset our nervous systems to find peace, grace and space this holiday season.  This session will bring energetic clearance, rest and peace in the holiday swirl.
