Learn the basics of Animal Flow in a 60 min class specifically for those new to “QMT” aka “Quadrupedal movement training” which is another way of saying“Ground based movements.” Animal Flow is a fun way to reach the flow state physically and mentally, it is challenging and effective. This system is designed to improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination for all levels of fitness enthusiasts.
Starting on your yoga mat, you’ll be guided through fluid movement clusters, progressing into explorative movement to unlock your creative potential off the yoga mat! This class is perfect for anyone that has a desire to feel more comfortable in their body, while learning the fundamentals of Animal Flow. All are welcome, and modifications will be provided to fit your needs.
